If you need to terminate your lease early, please be aware of our policy regarding early termination. Unfortunately, the 2 months advance rent payment is non-refundable as it is considered consumable for your stay. However, your security deposit will be refunded to you, less any outstanding utility charges for water and electricity consumed during your tenancy. We recommend providing sufficient notice prior to your intended move-out date to facilitate a smooth transition and ensure all necessary arrangements are made. We are just a few minutes’ walk away from Southwestern University and approximately a 10-minute walk from Emall and the South Bus Terminal. Additionally, there is a 24/7 public utility vehicle route available, providing easy access to various destinations such as SM City Cebu, Ayala Center Cebu, North Bus Terminal, Cebu Doctors University, Park Mall, and the Port Area.
